After all the hype around Apex Legends Season 3, it has finally arrived. The last couple of weeks have all been about the highly anticipated hacker Crypto and a new planet. And finally, its time for Crypto to rule the new World’s Edge as both Crypto and the new map are live now. With the new Season 3, also arrives a new Battle Pass. As the new season arrives, rumors and leaks have started to surface once again. Just as the season 3 began, a new leak hinting at the Apex Legends Halloween game mode has been on the internet. And now, it seems like we might get to see zombies during the Halloween event.
The new Apex Legends Halloween Event kicks-off on October 15 and will continue until Noveember 25th. The event is dubbed as ‘Fight or Fright.’ Interestingly, as a part of the Shadowfall Limited Time Mode, King’s Canyon is getting a dark night mode for the first time. It will take place in an abandoned Kings Canyon, covered in darkness and featuring green-eyed Leviathans. All the mess hints at a character named Revenant which happens to be the name of a new leaked legend.
From earlier leaks, we already know The event will be called ”Fight or Fright” and further features a new region possibly called‘Shadowfall’. The code also mentioned “Loot bin snakes” and “Shadow monsters” which you’ll need to kill in order to complete challenges. But now, data miner Shrugtal has got his hands on animations and 3D models of zombies, and spiders – of all things.
Moreover, it seems like zombies will be accompanying players once they drop and alongside spiders, these zombies will attack players.
As for the other stuff, here’s a short rundown (EA’s emphasis):

- 24 Event Limited premium cosmetics that players can now unlock in one of three ways: Direct purchase for Apex CoinsDirect unlock with Crafting MetalsRandom unlock with Event Apex Packs Additionally, the Event Currency in these packs has been replaced with non-event loot drops, yielding more loot overall.
- Lifeline Heirloom Set PreviewUnlock all 24 Fight or Fright pack cosmetics during the event and unlock the Lifeline Heirloom set for free.
- Double XP for Top 5 & Wins Weekend.
