Google is testing its new instant messaging app which will allow you to connect to business on Google Maps. Google Maps is adding a new messaging feature on the app which will help you get in contact with the business or organization you are searching for on the map.
This new feature will help users figure out the opening and closing timings of organizations or companies through instant messaging.
However, the companies also need to enable the feature to be able to be contacted through the navigation app from Google. This feature is not built for day to day conversation as it only allows you to contact the companies regarding your queries.
A Reddit user named sanju2cool posted a screenshot of the new message menu on the r/android subreddit. The screenshot shows that you can message a company on Google Maps for your instant queries.
Since Google is testing out this new feature, it is available to only a select percentage of users. Google is yet to announce the availability of this feature for everyone.
