State Parliamentary Affair Minister Rajendra Rathore on Monday said that the BJP may release its candidate’s list in the first week of November. He said, ”The BJP is likely to release the first list of its candidates for the upcoming Rajasthan assembly elections in the first week of November, said Monday. The list would be released after a decision on the matter by the party’s central election committee”.

Referring to the feedback taken by the BJP workers on the selection of candidates he said, “The BJP believes in internal democracy. The party has taken suggestions of its workers. The decision on the candidates would be taken after considering all the suggestions”. He was speaking at the concluding day of a ‘Rai Shumari’ (consultation) meet here on Monday.

He informed that the feedbacks from the workers of 27 assembly seats of Jaipur and Jaipur ‘dehat’ were taken on the third day of the meeting. He further added that their suggestions would be sent to the party’s central election committee for its consideration. Earlier, the party had taken feedbacks for 102 assembly seats at a consultation meet at Ranakpur in Pali district.
