India enters the finals of the Asian Games, which is also the gold medal match.
In one end, India is all set to play their first World Cup match against Australia on the 8th of October.
The other team was sent to the Asian Games, which was led by Ruturaj Gaikwad.
The Indian team directly qualified for the quarterfinals, where they faced Nepal.
They won easily against Nepal, and then they made their way into the semi-finals.

In the semi-finals, India was all set to play against Bangladesh.
India won the toss and elected to bowl first.
Bangladesh Innings
Parvez Hossain Emon and Mahmudul Hasan Joy opened the innings for Bangladesh.
Sai Kishore didn’t let them settle for long, as he took the wicket of Mahmudul.
In the very next over, Washington Sundar took two wickets.
Saif Hassan and Zakir Hasan were the wickets that Washington took of Bangladesh.
One by one, the wickets in Bangladesh were falling, and they weren’t able to score many runs.
Even the part-time bowlers of India Tilak Varma were taking wickets.
With the short knocks of 23 runs by Parvez and 24 runs by Jaker, Bangladesh reached a total of 96/9.
Sai Kishore took three wickets, whereas Washington Sundar took two wickets.
All the bowlers except Shivam Dube got one wicket each.
India Innings
Yashasvi Jaiswal, the Centurion of the last match, opened the innings alongside Ruturaj Gaikwad.
Ripon Mondol in the first over itself took the wicket of Yashasvi.
Ruturaj and Tilak handled the situation from there, as they were hitting great shots.
They were both single-handedly leading India towards victory.
Going on, Tilak completed his half-century, and they both made India won the match.
India won the match with nine wickets and 64 balls remaining.
With this win, India made it to the finals of the Asian Games cricket finals.
The final will be played tomorrow, October 7th, in Hangzhou.
They will play against Afghanistan in the finals of the fight for the gold medal.
