The Indian contingent of Chennai Super Kings will arrive at Chennai in two chartered flights on Friday. The team is arriving for a six-day camp ahead of the IPL. The 2020 edition of the IPL is to take place in the United Arab Emirates from September 19 to November 10.

One batch of the team members will reach from Pune. The other batch will arrive from Ranchi.

Meanwhile, all the net bowlers and staff of the TNCA were tested for COVID-19. All of the tests returned negative. The TNCA staff will be busy at the MAC Stadium during the camp.

Chennai Super Kings undoubtedly has a wide fan following. The three-time trophy-lifting team was also banned from the IPL for about two years. Captain of the CSK, Mahendra Singh Dhoni, was even voted as the best captain of the IPL.
