During the 8th match of the Indian Super League (ISL) which was played on Friday at the Tilak Maidan Stadium witnessed the victory of ATK Mohan Bagan who clearly emerged victorious after winning by 2 goals to nil against East Bengal.
In the beginning, both the teams created wonderful chances and no team was on the backfoot. This resulted in the first half ending 0-0. However, in the 2nd half, Roy Krishna pulled over a fantastic goal in the 49th minute by scoring a left-footed goal. There was no equaliser after many attempts by the opposing team. In the 85th minute of the game, it was Manvir Singh who sealed the game for ATK Mohan Bagan as he scored a fantastic solo goal to make it 2 goals to nil.
