Supr Daily, a subscription app that delivers daily consumable goods, had raised ₹10 Crore from Y Combinator. the raised amount will be used in developing and upgrading the technology so that they can deliver more and more products to the users. Earlier, Venture Catalysts and Snapdeal also helped this startup by providing satisfying amount of funding to come up with something productive and innovative.

Supr Daily app is operated by the Supr Teachlabs Pvt. Ltd, which was founded by the IIT Bombay Alumni Puneet Kumar and Shreyas Nagdawane in 2015. Supr Daily application connects directly with public and help the consumer to access it more easily. This helps in bringing down the delivery cost per order to as low as ₹1 – ₹3. Reduced delivery cost makes a huge difference, when compared to the other e-commerce applications and portals, which offer the same service.

The purpose to launch this application is to deliver milk, bread, eggs, coconut water and other daily use goods to its users with a reasonable price and technology. In today’s era, society is becoming modern and they need all the products at one place so that they don’t have to roam around in the city and this application is fulfilling their basic needs and also taking care of the upcoming requirements.

Kat Manalac, director of outreach at Y Combinator, mentioned that “We have 12 Indian companies in the winter 2017 batch of YC and they are increasing day by day and we would love to fund more in summer 2017. By evaluating the capability and competitive spirit among different startups. After the US, we receive the most number of applications from India,”
