10.OR (Tenor) a new smartphone OEM launches a new smartphone in India named 10.OR E. This is the first smartphone from the brand, which tends to deliver the features that are expected from an under INR 10,000 rupees smartphone.
The 10.OR E comes with a full metal unibody design with a rear facing finger print scanner as well. The device is priced at INR 7,999 and INR 8,999 available exclusively via Amazon.in. The device offers dual SIM card slots with 4G LTE and VoLte capability. The only downside about this device would be the entry-level processor, which does perform well under day-to-day usage but might not happen to offer similar performance in highly demanding tasks.
The 10.OR E comes with a 5.5 inch 1080p IPS LCD panel, powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 Octa-core SoC, paired with 2/3 GB LPDDR3 RAM and 16/32 GB onboard flash storage with expandable memory card slot up to 128 GB.
In terms of camera capability, the device is equipped with 13 MP rear-facing camera with PDAF and 1080p video recording capability with a 5 MP front-facing selfie camera (both offers F/2.0 aperture). The typical 4000 mAh battery does support fast charging via micro USB port with USB OTG support.
The device runs on Google’s Android Nougat 7.1.2 with custom UI on the top with a promised upgrade to Android Oreo by the end of 2017. For the price tag of INR 8K to 9K, these devices offer similar specifications to that of the Nokia 6 without charging the same price. For a newer company to begin, they don’t have something unusual but it does pack everything that a smartphone enthusiast ask for.
