Google to launch latest Pixel range on 4th October

Google to launch a wide-range of Pixel branded devices in the United States of America, including Google Pixel 2 and Google Pixel XL 2.

Google, the sub-brand of Alphabet is all set to launch their newest lineup of devices on 9th October 2017 9 AM in the United States of America. If you are planning to watch the live event in India, there will be 12.5 hours of time difference, so the live streaming in India starts at 9:30 PM. Here are the expected range of products from the upcoming Product launch from Google.

This event’s main attraction will be the next generation Pixel 2 and Pixel XL 2 smartphone. These devices are expected to offer top of the line specifications with features like Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC, 4 or 6 GB RAM, QHD OLED screen and in terms of operating system, these devices are expected to offer Android Oreo out of the box. According to the insider information, the company is also expected to launch a special Pixel branded smartphone to take on the Apple iPhone X.

Google Pixel Book, a notebook to replace the already existing Chromebook is also expected to debut in the event. Instead of Chrome OS, the notebook is expected to run a custom desktop version of the Android operating system with touch inputs and 128 GB, 256 GB, or 512 GB of storage options featuring at least 12.9-inch high-resolution touchscreen with a detachable keyboard. The pricing for this device is expected to start from $999 (INR 65,000) for the entry-level variant.

Along with these, there will be many add-on accessories like Google Home Mini, which will be a smart Bluetooth speaker based on the Google Assistance, which can pair with the WiFi, to control daily tasks like turning off the lights, booking a movie with just a command. The company is also expected to unveil a next-generation Google Day Dream VR headset, with improved conform level and new technology to enhance the overall user experience.

Though these devices will be launched in the United States of America on 9th October, the availability of these devices in India might take some time, before they land in the Republic of India.
