Vivo is all set to launch its latest smartphone in India on March 23. It had listed full details about the specifications of Vivo V9 smartphone on its official website ahead of the official launch.
The company has sent out media invites to the launch event of Vivo V9. It seems like the Vivo India website mistakenly listed the upcoming V9 smartphone with full details regarding the specifications ahead of the official launch. The listing page for the Vivo V9 has been taken down by the company, though if one tries to find the product listing, they are taken to a testing page with a dummy phone and a price of Re 1, which is not the Vivo V9.
As per our knowledge on the specification details, the Vivo V9 will have 6.3-inch full HD+ display which is 2280 x 1080 pixels powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 626 octa-core processor along with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. The aspect ratio will be 19:9 for the display. The phone will run the latest Android 8 Oreo OS with the company’s FunTouch OS 4.0 on top. It will also have a dual rear camera, which will be vertically aligned with 16MP+5MP combination and 24MP on the front. The battery life is also an outstanding 3260mAh.
Vivo V9 was initially set up to launch in India on 26th March but Oppo is launching its Oppo F7 in India on this date. Recently, V9 ws seen listed on an Indonesian e-commerce website. The price thus revealed turned out around Rs 22,700 upon converting to Indian currency.
