Paris on Saturday, was on a high alert with thousands of numbers of French security due to the fear of rise in violation by the “yellow-vest” protesters for the next consecutive weekend.

The Eiffel Tower, metro stations, museums and shops with many other tourist landmarks were closed to avoid looting and use of metal bars as projectiles, and in fact the music show and top-flight football matches were also cancelled. Over 89,000 French police were attentive across the country.

French was facing lot of riots in the city since the last weekend, and it shook the whole country and dive French President Emmanuel Macron and his government into the deepest crisis till so far.

In a dramatic way to challenge Macron and his policies, the protesters has used social media to advertise the weekend as “Act IV”.

The “yellow vest” protest is a result of hike in fuel taxes.  About 6 building were lighted up with fire, said the interior minister.

Rioters has scrawled the graffiti and also ransacked the reception and ticketing area at the Arc de Triomphe. Macron has earlier judged the damage. He also saw burnt-out cars wreckage and debris from the riots sites.

412 people were arrested, said Paris police. It also said about 378 were remained in custody, who were the perpetrators of the worst clashes in the years.

Including 23 security forces, 263 people were injured in nationwide. Before flying back to Paris, Macros told reporters in Argentina, “I will never accept violence.”

Macron on Sunday, led to a crisis meeting after anti-government protesters caused widespread destruction over the capital and left hundredths of them injured.

After seeing rise in violation by the “yellow vest” protester, the French Prime Minister Edouard Philippe on Tuesday, announced suspension of fuel taxes for the next six months, in order to ease the tension created by “yellow vest” protesters movement, which has radicalized Paris.
