Google has been updating and adding new features in its product, but Google Assistant has very limited features for G Suit users. But Google is working in making Googe Assistant smarter. Google is launching a number of updates to its G Suite tools today that, among other things, brings to Google Docs an AI grammar checker, smarter spellchecking and, soon, spelling autocorrect.

The company is also launching the ability for G Suite users to use the Google Assistant to read out a calendar schedule and, maybe even more importantly, create, cancel and reschedule events. You can ask your Google Assistant to add events to your calendar or tell you about your schedule. You can add or ask about events with the Assistant on your TV, speaker, Smart Display, or Smart Clock.

With new features, Google Assistant will:

  • Let you know when your next meeting is
  • Create, cancel or reschedule a Calendar event
  • Send a note to event attendees via email
  • Send an email
  • Dial into a meeting

You can use Assistant either for a personal Google account or a work G Suite account. Under any circumstances, the voice command can’t be used for more than one account.
