The first major change that is visible is the revision of the exterior. For example, the front portion of the SUV now comes with new LED DRLs with a completely refreshed design. Then even the grille has been revised to make it aligned with other changes. Audi has also reworked the bumpers to give the new Q7 an edgier design. However, even after these changes, the size of the SUV remains the same.

On the outside, the luxury automaker has come up with three new colour options. The list includes Ascari Blue, Sakhir Gold and Chili Red, to be a little more precise. Other than this, Q7 also gets options for alloy wheels ranging from 20 to 22 inches.

Inside the cabin, it remains more or less similar to the outgoing model. A typical Audi layout with lots of premium elements further helps in enhancing the overall experience of the occupants. If we need to talk a little about what is new, then it is the nine decorative inlays option. Thankfully, the latest infotainment system and fully digital driver’s display that Audi calls Virtual Cockpit have been revised to make it aligned with new models. To talk a little more about the Virtual Cockpit, it now features driver assist features such as lane change warning and distance warning, among others.

Globally, the luxury SUV is all set to arrive with both petrol and diesel engines and to be precise, these will be 3.0-litre V6 engines. Also, Audi will continue to offer a V8 engine in the performance-oriented versions, but that is only for global markets.

The most important and final question: is it coming to India? While there’s no official announcement regarding the same yet. However, the carmaker has been ambitious about expanding Audi India’s lineup with the latest models, forcing us to say that it will be making its debut here soon.
