We already got to know about the 120 Year Edition of Royal Enfield 650 twins and now, it’s time to introduce you to the all-new Honda CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP 30th Anniversary Edition which is in the first place introduced to pay tribute to the original Fireblade. Honda CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP 30th Anniversary Edition
Launched with a price tag of £23,999 in the UK, the limited edition bike is not cheap at all. Of course, special editions are rarely affordable and that’s why Honda has decided to offer it with the livery that was available on the original Fireblade. Some other cosmetic enhancements in the form of a blue seat rear) and 30th Anniversary graphics further enhance the overall look.
Talking in general, the Japanese brand has even updated the entire Fireblade range. To begin with, the bikes now comes with several electronic aids, revised intakes and an Akrapovic exhaust (only limited on the 30th Anniversary Edition). Even the brakes have been updated to improve the overall braking performance.
Last but not least, the regular Honda CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP will now get its wheels finished in a Gold shade.
Engine
At the heart, it comes with a powerful 999.9cc four-cylinder engine. According to the brand, the overall output from this unit is rated at 214.5HP @ 14,500 RPM and 113Nm of peak torque @ 12,500 RPM. Transmission duties for the entire setup are managed by a 6-speed gearbox with slip and assist clutch available as standard. For added convenience, Honda is also offering a quickshifter which is again a standard feature offered in this segment.
