The automobile industry is one of the worst-hit industries by COVID-19. According to the sources, the service provided by the company focuses mainly on delivering doorstep services. While keeping in mind, all the precautionary measures that are directed by the Government of India, the technician will be provided with all the proper safety kits and will be practicing social distancing, and sanitization thereafter. Provided a well-trained authorized technician, each RE bike under this project is stocked with luggage trunks to carry all the types of equipment, spare parts, and tools that can cover around 80% of the crucial work without any need for visiting the service station. This initiative includes all the services like maintenance services, parts replacement, minor repairs, testing of components, electrical and mechanical fault detection as well.
