While keeping in mind, all the precautionary measures that are directed by the Government of India, the technician will be provided with all the proper safety kits and will be practicing social distancing, and sanitization thereafter. Provided a well-trained authorized technician, each RE bike under this project is stocked with luggage trunks to carry all the types of equipment, spare parts, and tools that can cover around 80% of the crucial work without any need for visiting the service station. This initiative includes all the services like maintenance services, parts replacement, minor repairs, testing of components, electrical and mechanical fault detection as well.

Any RE customer can avail of this service by contacting their nearest dealership. Slots will be assigned as per the availability of the technician at a particular time.

The company has to offer proper quality and feedback mechanisms. A 12-months warranty on spare parts and lubricants is to be provided by the company.
