The Union Public Service Commission released the NDA 1 2019 notification and Application forms for the NDA Examination to be conducted on April 21. The Application forms can be filled on the official website, for which the link is provided below:

The Candidates can fill the online-application forms until February 4, 2019. The exam is conducted in order to fill 342 vacancies under National Defence Academy and Naval Academy has offered to fill 50 vacancies through this exam.
The Candidates are required to fill the application form with required details to complete the process. Further, they will have to pay the application fee which is ₹100, while for the SC/ST, sons of JCOs, sons of NCO and sons of ORs are exempted.
The Registration process consists of two parts,
- In part 1 of the registration, candidates need to fill up the Personal Details, Educational Qualification Details, Communication Details. After the completion of Part 1 registration, the applicants will receive a Registration Number.
- To complete the part 2 registration process, candidates need to mention the Registration number and DOB in the login page. In part 2 registration candidates need to fill up payment details, select examination center, upload photograph and signature and agreeing to a declaration.
- After filling, all the details click at the submit button. On successful completion of the registration process, an auto-generated email will be sent to the candidate’s registered email-id.
E-Admit Card will be released three weeks before the
commencement of the examination. E- Admit Card will be made available at the official website. Admit Card will be not sent by post.
UPSC will conduct the NDA 1 written examination. Candidates should note that there will be negative marking for each incorrect answer. The candidates who will qualify the written exam those will be called for appearing in the next round i.e. SSB.
The result will be declared at the official website. Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC) will start from January 02, 2020.
