XLRI (Xavier School of Management), located in Jamshedpur held its 17th Graduation Ceremony of Executive Plans on April 6th.

Ramji Ganesh, Head of Operations, State Street Syntel Services Pvt. Ltd. (Atos Syntel) addressed a warm deliverance to the students. He shared his key leadership insights from his illustrious career and adviced the students on how to build a successful career in the modern corporate landscape.

- Virtual Interactive Leaning (VIL) Programmes: 407 students from 5 batches.
- Post-Graduate Certificate in Business Management (PGCBM): 174 students (batches 32 and 33).
- Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management (PGCHRM): 198 students (batches 24 and 25).
- Post-Graduate Certificate in Business Analytics (PGCBAMD): 35 students from 1st batch.
- Executive Diploma in Human Resource Management Programme (EDHRM): 43 students (batch 2018-19).
- Post-Graduate Certificate in HRM (PGCHRM): 30 students (batch 2017-18).
- Post-Graduate Certificate in General Management- Mumbai (PGCGM): 20 students (batch 2017-18).
Like every year top-ranking students of the VIL Programme were awarded XLRI Medals for Academic Excellence sponsored by VIL technical partner Unified Collaboration Services (UCS).
5 students received the Gold Medal in academic excellence and 3 students received the Gold Medal for CQPI (Cumulative Quality Point Index).
