Only five films old Akhil Akkineni is back with his lover boy avatar. The teaser of his Telugu movie ‘Mr. Majnu’ is out and the actor can be seen flirting with the ladies. He was last seen in superhit Telugu romantic action ‘Hello’ opposite Kalyani Priyadarshan in 2017.
The actor shared the teaser on his Twitter account and wrote, ” Kickstarting the new year off with a little energy from our film! Here it is! Hope you like!”

The 56-second teaser features Akhil as a charmer and flirt. He says that girls or “human touch” is his stress buster. But later he meets Nikki (Niddhi Agerwal) and falls in love with her. The film title suits the male lead and he can also be seen flaunting his dancing ability and his clearly defined abs.
The film is directed by Venky Atluri who gave a super hit at the ticket-windows with his debut film ‘Tholiprema’. It is produced by BVSN Prasad under Sri Venkateswara Chalana Chitra banner.
Son of the superstar Akkineni Nagarjuna, the 24-year-old actor is in serious need of a hit for his career. He made his debut with Telugu film ‘Akhil’ in 2015, for which he earned Filmfare for best debut actor. He worked as a child artist in ‘Sisindri’ in 1995, at the age of one.
