After dropping the lyrical video two days ago, the makers of the upcoming film Good Newwz have finally released the video of song Dil Na Jaaneya today. The song features all the four main cast members Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor, Diljit Dosanjh and Kiara Advani.
It is a cheerful soothing track that best suits the time when you want to lift your mood up without relying on noisy party numbers. Penned by Gurpreet Saini, Ari Leff & Michael Pollack, the song starts with the English lyrics “It feels so good to fall in love. But how I fell I’ll never know…” and then smoothly transitions to Hindi lyrics “Baatein, baaton mein shaam huyi. Raatein, khwabon ke naam huyi.”
For a change, the song is not lip-sync. It plays in the background while the actors are carrying on with their daily lives from cooking, washing to take care of each other. Crooned by Rochak Kohli, Lauv and Akasa, the music of the song has been composed by Rochak Kohli and Lauv.
Akshay Kumar took to his social media account to share the video of the song and wrote, “What is Christmas without smiles?”

Besides the above mentioned actors, the film also features Adil Hussain, Tisca Chopra, Gulshan Grover, Anjana Sukhani in supporting roles.
Directed by debutant Raj Mehta, Good Newwz is produced by Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Hiroo Yash Johar, Shashank Khaitan and Aruna Bhatia under their respective banners Dharma Productions and Cape of Good Films. It is scheduled to be released on 27 December.
