And finally the most awaited trailer of Aayushmaan Khurrana and Amitabh Bachchan starrer Gulabo Sitabo has released. Before we discuss what this Priceless Jodi has stored in for us let’s talk about Director Shoojit Sircar’s take on the film who said that releasing this film on an OTT platform is a mere experiment and it will definitely turn out to be great and profitable for the makers but what we are missing here is the true experience of the theatre. In the trailer we see Amitabh Bachchan playing an old owner of the Historic Haveli while Ayushmann plays a young tenant here. It is a story of their journey as a landlord and a tenant. With an another off beat subject, the trailer is designed in quite a comical way. One side showing the conflicts between old and young generation. On the other side, subtly talking about the interference and working of Government when it comes to land, housing related issues.
The trailer looks quite interesting and fans would love to see Ayushmann and Amitabh together on screens. While watching the trailer, I went through the comment section and everyone was just praising the fact that they would love to experience quality cinema in the times of this Depressing Lockdown. Let’s hope that the film would match out to the expectations of the viewers.
