‘Mumbai Saga’: First look of John Abraham from Sanjay Gupta directorial unveiled

The makers of the upcoming film Mumbai Saga have unveiled the first look poster of John Abraham today. He can be seen wearing grey kurta with white pants and rings and gold chain in the poster. With a bushy stubble and a tilak on his forehead, the masculine aura and intense eyes, John looks perfect as the antagonist in Sanjay Gupta directorial.

The makers shared the poster on the Twitter page of the film and wrote, “Presenting John Abraham in a never seen before look in Mumbai Saga,the story of how Bombay became Mumbai.”

Sanjay Gupta also shared the poster on his Twitter page and wrote, “One of my favourite moments from MUMBAI SAGA. And of course Mr. Abraham like never before.”

Mumbai Saga is a gangster drama set in the eighties and the nineties. The story tells the changing face of Mumbai, how in the eighties and the nineties mills were closed to make malls and high rise buildings.

The action crime film stars John Abraham as a gangster while Emraan Hashmi will appear as a police officer. It also features Anil Kapoor,  Kajal Aggarwal, Suniel Shetty, Prateik Babbar, Gulshan Grover, Rohit Roy, Mahesh Manjrekar, Pankaj Tripathi, Samir Soni and Amole Gupte.

Produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Anuradha Gupta and Sangeeta Ahir, the film is scheduled to be released on 19 June 2020.
