The episode begins with Dr. Asha intruding a conversation between Dr. Ishani and Dr. Sid by telling his its time to leave for home. Dr. Ishani decides to talk to Dr. Sid about her suspicions against Dr. Asha. Dr. Juhi talks to Dr. Shashank about assigning surgeries to the interns, since Dr. Sid has been prohibited from performing operations. Dr. Juhi asks Dr. Shashank to present at least one opportunity to Dr. Sid to prove himself. Outside, Dr. Juhi gets an anonymous letter that states Dr. Shashank isn’t the person she pretends to be, and has done plenty of wrong things in his life.
Dr. Ishani remembers the scene when Dr. Asha fed the laddoo to Dr. Sid and her conviction in her belief that she was involved in the surgery blunders gets even more firm. She phones Dr. Sid, and begins to tell him the truth, Asha grabs the phone away from his hand and tells Dr. Ishani to stop disturbing at night.
Dr. Asha then proceeds to enact a melodrama about how Dr. Sid is shying away from his responsibilities as a husband. Dr. Sid tries to assure her that he’s never going to form a romantic relationship with Dr. Ishani but Asha makes him take a vow to separate from her entirely and server all the communications between them.
Dr. Juhi reveals tells Dr. Sid that he’s been selected to perform an appendix surgery and its important that he doesn’t commit a mistake this time because it’ll be very bad for his career. Dr. Sid is overjoyed, but Dr. Ishani is instantly worried that he’s going to suffer another accident during the operation.
Tomorrow: Dr. Sid faints again, and Dr. Juhi sees Dr. Ishani tending to him.
