The episode begins with Dr. Ishani opening the door, and finding Dr. Siddhant standing inside the room. Dr. Ishani demands why he invited her, and says if he has realized his mistakes and wants to apologize, there’s no chance of that happening. But, then a girl materializes from behind Dr. Sid, and asks Ishani to stop being angry.
She’s a patient whom they’d treated in the past. She is grateful to both of them, and presents both with thank you cards. Ishani and Siddhant hug the girl, and look at each other meaningfully. Ishani gets angry and berates him Sid for his betrayal. She wants to know whom he was fooling, her or Asha, and admits that she doesn’t believe in love and friendship anymore.
Asha is working in the Hospital hallway when a masked man enters and tries to follow her, but she turns around and he kneels down to hide his face. Dr. Rishab tries to humiliate Dr. Sid again, but is mocked by his fellow mates. Dr. Ishani watches Dr. Sid and Dr. Sid having lunch and is overwhelmed with emotion. Accidentally, her gaze falls on the masked man and she realizes that the man is very suspicious about his intentions toward Asha and Sid.
The man runs away. Dr. Ishani follows him to a deserted room, and he attacks her. Dr. Sid is afraid for Dr. Ishani and begins to looks for her. Dr. Ishani fights with the man and is able to unmask him. She’s shocked to see that its Dr. Aman.
Tomorrow: Dr. Ishani confronts Dr. Aman about his disappearance from the hospital.
