2018 ended with Simmba’s roar at the Box Office and it hasn’t been ended yet. The echoes of the roar can still be heard in the form of the film’s box office collection. The film has entered 100 crore club in just five days and it has become Ranveer’s biggest opener till date.

According to the Box Office India reports, Simmba box office collection, after five days at the ticket windows, stands at an estimated Rs 122.7 crore. The Rohit Shetty‘s directorial garnered Rs 26 crores on January 1, one of the highest earners on Tuesday.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted, “#Simmba starts 2019 with a big bang… Runs riot at the BO on Day 5 [1 Jan 2019]… Is truly UNSTOPPABLE… Ranveer’s fourth film to cross ₹ 100 cr mark… Fri 20.72 cr, Sat 23.33 cr, Sun 31.06 cr, Mon 21.24 cr, Tue 28.19 cr. Total: ₹ 124.54 cr. India biz.”

According to Taran’s another tweet the film has done good business in Mumbai alone and has collected Rs 46.65 crores from the region.

This one is Rohit Shetty’s eighth movie to enter 100 crore club and he holds the record for maximum films in Rs 100 crore Club.

According to Taran, the Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan starrer is doing well in the international market also. “#Simmba is super-strong in international markets… 4-day Overseas total is close to 40 cr… Day 1: $ 1.884 mn Day 2: $ 1.590 mn Day 3: $ 1.492 mn Day 4: $ 779k Total: $ 5.745 mn [ 39.85 cr],” he tweeted.
