The official trailer of the much awaited film by Christopher Nolan, Tenet, finally released on 19 December (Thursday) and it’s one hell of a mind-bender.
The two minute ten seconds long video shows its protagonist, played by John David Washington, who looks like a spy, coming back from death and is assigned for a secret mission.
Just like previous Nolan films, the trailer gives a glimpse into several mind baffling sequences that will leave audiences scratching their head long after the credits roll.
The trailer also features actors like Robert Pattinson, Dimple Kapadia and Elizabeth Debicki. The plot of the film is still not clear as it involves time travel and reverse time loop. As the film is an action thriller, there are bound to be impressive action sequences like Nolan’s previous work.
A theater only teaser was previously released with the theatrical cut of Fast & Furious presents: Hobbs & Shaw, which was leaked online but was taken down after Warner Bros. claimed for copyright. The film’s prologue has been played in IMAX theaters before Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker.
Tenet is slated to hit theaters on 17 July, 2020. It’s the fifth film by Nolan to release on the second week of July.
