The episode begins as Shardul is threatening Dr. Sunita that if she revealed the truth about his identity to any member of the Bhalla family, he’ll kill her daughter. Raman talks to Karan, and asks him to bring Dr. Sudhir, who treated after his accident.
Ishita is confident that Dr. Sudhir will reveal the truth to everyone. But, when he arrives, Dr. Sudhir says Shardul is the real Raman. Ishita and Raman are shocked by this turn around, as the Bhalla family becomes more convinced that Ishita is not mentally healthy and needs treatment.
Bhuvan tries to enter the Bhalla residence in disguise but is caught by the guard and sent back. He decides to remain at the place and find the truth. He sees Shardul exiting the apartments and follows him to the abandoned construction site. Bhuvan makes a video of the doctor and Shardul’s conversation. Shardul’s bribed the doctor to lie about his identity. Shardul catches Bhuvan spying on him and as he proceeds to attack him, stabs Bhuvan multiple times.
Ishita receives the video but can’t decipher it. Raman suggests they should take somebody’s help in figuring out the contents of the file. Shardul phones Arijit and tells him that he had to kill Bhuvan attacked and that he was spying on him. Ruhi is very upset about her mother’s condition. Ishita approaches them and Raman asks Karan to help trace the number of the person who sent them the video. Ishita pleads with them to help her, and Ruhi, Aliya, Yug and other finally agree for the last time.
