The episode begins as Naira pleads with Kairav to respond, because he has locked himself with Vansh. Naira explains that Kartik assumed the disguise to give Kairav another chance for paternal love. Kartik always showed concern for him and never wanted to hurt him. Kairav’s happiness is the biggest gift for him. Kairav doesn’t respond, but Vansh is upset because he believes Kartik loves him a lot, unlike his own father and if he rejects him, then it’ll cause even more hurt to his mother. Kairav doesn’t respond and seems unmoved by Naira’s pleadings.
Naira’s family discusses the recent unfortunate events and how they effect her. They question god’s will to destroy Naira’s life and always put obstacles in their families. Naira goes to meet Kartik, who takes all the blame on himself. He calls himself a bad man and stresses that he deserves the hate that he’s receiving from his son. On the other hand, Naira blames herself for not bringing up her son properly and pledges that she’s going to reform him. Kartik has a breakdown and almost falls down on the floor, but Naira saves him and they both embrace.
The whole family is gathered in the hall, when suddenly dancers enter and begin to play dhols. A small child then makes the entry, wearing a large box on his head. Kartik replaces it, hoping to find Kairav, but its his brother Laksh. He’s disappointed, and Laksh asks him why aren’t they happy with his efforts to entertain them. Out of the crowd, Kariav walks to Kartik and finally hugs him. He accepts his mistakes in thinking that his father is a bad man, and accepts his love. He calls Kartik, the “Best father in the world.”
