A bond offer, which is , unsecured, unsubordinated, fixed-rate in nature, has been made by SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited.
It is six year offer with value of up to NZ$125m ($90m) set to mature on 21 May 2027. As per Gambling Insider, the opening date for the offer is 10 May 2021, with the closing date scheduled for 14 May. The issue date is 21 May.
The company has decided to make the offer to institutional investors and members of the public who are resident in New Zealand. It has also decided to keep it open for restricted overseas institutional investors only.
“There is no public pool for the offer. With all of the bonds being reserved for clients of the Joint Lead Managers, NZX Firms and other approved financial intermediaries”, said SkyCity as per Gambling Insider report.
