Days after Aam Aadmi Party attacked Bharatiya Janata Party East Delhi Candidate Gautam Gambhir for having ‘two voters ID Cards’, the saffron party on Monday hit back with a complaint. In a complaint filed in the Delhi Court, BJP Spokesperson Harish Khurrana alleged that AAP Chief and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal‘s wife Sunita Kejriwal of having two Voter ID Cards, possession of two is a criminal offense.

Khurana in a complaint said Sunita Kejriwal have two voter ID Cards, one from National Capital’s Chandni Chowk Assembly while another one from Uttar Pradesh’s Ghaziabad.

‘Today, I have filed a petition in Tiz Hazari court against Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and his wife Sunita Kejriwal on the issue of having two voter cards. I am sure Kejriwal had three voter cards even five years ago. Now his wife shows that there is something fishy’, said BJP Spokesperson Harish Khurana in a tweet.

While Section 31 of the Act makes a false declaration in the matter of inclusion or exclusion of voter rolls punishable with up to one year in prison.
