Eyeing to make a dent in KCR’s bastion of Telangana now, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) President Amit Shah will be visiting the state every month from August or September, a party functionary claimed on Sunday. Apart from Amit Shah, two Union Ministers will also be visiting the state every month to strengthen the party for 2023 Assembly Polls.

Bharatiya Janata Party State President Dr. Laxman, speaking to media, said, the ‘Amit Shah ji has issued clear direction of new aim, Telangana, and asked to enroll at least 18-20 Lakh new members by the January’.

He added that the party has also tasked two Union Leaders to visit the state every month to strengthen the party at every level and prepare for the state assembly polls of 2023.

He further claimed BJP Chief Amit Shah himself will also be visiting the state once a month.

Slamming the Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao and the Telangana Rashtra Samithi-led state government, Laxman said, the state government is not implementing welfare schemes of the Centre for the poor of the state.’

‘Our party workers will go to the people in villages and will be making them aware of the schemes’.

It should be noted that BJP Chief Amit Shah had earlier claimed that BJP will form its next government in the state.

In the recently held national polls, BJP surprised everyone bagging 4 Lok Sabha Seat out of the 17 Lok Sabha Seats from the state. Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)’s victory on 4 Lok Sabha Seats has surprised many because the saffron party could only win a single seat in Telangana State polls held in December last year.

The party sees Telangana, after Karnataka, as its next aim where it has the potential to grow and form a government, state BJP president K Laxman had said earlier.

In recently concluded national polls, TRS 9 bagged Lok Sabha Seats, while BJP and Congress bag 4 and 3 seats respectively. AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi retains Hyderabad Lok Sabha Seat with over 2.5 Lakh votes.
