The CBI had filed a criminal complaint against the Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister, Virbhadra Singh, his wife Pratibha Singh and son Vikramaditya Singh and another person Chunni Lal in September 2015. After regarding the complaint of CBI, the Enforcement Directorate had lodged the case against the Chief Minister and others under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).

Virbhadra Singh along with others had filed petitions to dismiss the case. The High Court on Monday, Justice R.K. Gauba dismissed the plea saying that “The petitions are devoid of substance; consequentially the same are dismissed.”

Now the Enforcement Directorate has summoned, Virbhadra Singh (83), his wife Pratibha Singh and son Vikramaditya Singh for further question, though no date has been set yet.
