This particular week has been a very hectic and tightly scheduled one, for our Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

On 24th February, PM Narendra Modi visited the Kumbh Mela and offered prayers by the Ganga, also washed the feet of ‘Safai Karmacharis’.

Prior to his Kumbh visit, in Gorakhpur he launched the Government’s direct money transfer scheme for poor farmers named as PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana.

On the evening of 25th, the Monday, PM Narendra Modi dedicated the National War Memorial to the Nation.

On 26th, the PM unveiled the World’s Largest ‘Bhagawad Gita’ in ISKCON temple, it weighs around 800 kgs.

On Wednesday, 27th, the PM reached out the young voters by participating in the concluding session of the National Youth Parliament Awards, and unveiled the ‘KheloIndia’ App. However, he had to abandon the programme immediately, as he was informed about the intrusion of Pakistan Air Force in Indian Air Base.

Today, the PM is interacting with over 1 crore BJP workers, across the country via video conference, in BJP’s programme ‘Mera Booth, Sabse Majbooth’. As BJP claimed it to be the ‘world’s largest video conference’ exercise.

As reports suggests, the PM is also likely scheduled for rallies in Vishakhapatnam and Kanyakumari on 1st March.

Now, adding to the schedule, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is to visit Amethi, the parliamentary constituency of Congress President Rahul Gandhi, on March 3 to address a public meeting there.

“PM Modi will visit Amethi on March 3 and besides attending a government programme in Korba Munshiganj, would address a public meeting in Kohar area of Gauriganj in Amethi,” the BJP convenor of the Lok Sabha constituency, Rajesh Agrahari, said on Wednesday, as per a news report.

On Sunday, Union Textiles Minister, Smriti Irani visited the venue of the Prime Minister’s programme and took its stock.

Previously, Smriti Irani in 2014 elections, lost to Rahul Gandhi in the constituency.

BJP Party workers and leaders already started preparations to turn the prime minister’s visit into a grand success. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is likely to visit Amethi tomorrow to review the preparations for the visit.
