The World Cup is just about to take place in Australia.
Various tours of the teams were planned before that so that every team can fix their odds.
Ahead of the World Cup, the group stage matches have started to take place.
The World Cup happens between the top 12 teams World wide.
Currently, the top eight teams have been divided into two groups.
Group A consists of Afghanistan, New Zealand, Australia, and England.
Group B consists of India, Pakistan, South Africa, and Bangladesh.
The rest of the four teams will be decided by the group stage which is currently going on.
The group stage consists of eight teams that are subdivided into two parts.
Group one includes the Netherlands, Namibia, Sri Lanka, and UAE.
Group two includes West Indies, Scotland, Ireland, and Zimbabwe.
The top four teams out of the eight will get the chance to compete in the World Cup.
Meanwhile, the group stage is going on the top eight teams are playing warm-up matches.
India Warm-up match
India played their warm-up match against Australia on October 17th in Brisbane.
IND has already suffered losses in the form of Jasprit Bumrah, and Ravindra Jadeja as they were ruled out due to injury.
Australia won the toss and elected to bowl first.
Rohit Sharma along with KL Rahul opened the innings for India.
They both gave a steady start as Rohit lost his wicket to Ashton Agar.
The outstanding knocks by KL Rahul and Surya Kumar Yadav of 57 and 50 runs kept India alive in the game.
As with the finishing knock by Dinesh, India managed to put up a total of 186/7.
Mitchell March and Aaron Finch opened the innings for Australia.
They both gave a great start to the team despite the wicket of Marsh Australia kept on going.
Aaron Finch’s knock of 76 runs made the game for them as everyone lost hope.
Mohammad Shami had to save 11 runs in the last over as he did something magical.
He took three wickets in the last over and a run-out in total four back-to-back wickets which made India win the game by six runs.
By this delivery, Shami proved himself to be a great death bowler for India.
