India is all set for the semi-final against Bangladesh on 15th June and there only aim in this match will be to reach the finals. Well, this match is a little special for Yuvraj Singh as it is his 300th ODI. Yuvraj Singh has contributed a lot to the Indian Cricket.

No one can forget his performance, or let’s say, selfless performance at the ICC World Cup 2011. 362 runs at an average of 90.50 and 15 wickets which resulted him in being the Player of the Tournament. Earlier this year also, he played his life’s best knock of 150 runs off 127 balls telling everyone that the cricketing spirit in him is not finished yet. His other memorable performances are  an unbeaten 50 to help beat Pakistan during the 2003 World Cup, 62 off 72 balls in the semi-final of the 2002 Champions Trophy in Colombo, 69 in the final of the NatWest Trophy at Lord’s in 2002, and a sequence of 82*, 79* and 107* in Pakistan in 2006.

In the ongoing Champions Trophy also, he played a match winning knock of 53 runs off 32 balls. in the other two matches against Sri Lanka and South Africa, his scores are, 7 and 23 not out. He is the fifth Indian and 19th in the world to achieve this landmark. Next in line is MS Dhoni, who will play his 290th ODI.
