The launch date for the most anticipated smartphone of the year, the Apple iPhone X is approaching and so are the speculations regarding the availability of the same.

According to an analyst initially, the iPhone X will be available from 3rd November. However, with respect to the number of the pieces, the next trendsetter will be available with up to 3 million pieces all over the world. Though, this number looks good on paper, considering the Apple’s sale history (which sold around 13 million iPhone 6 and iPhone 6S Plus, there will be a huge difference between the supply and demand chain. So, as the Christmas season is around the corner, many enthusiasts may opt other smartphones, if there is a shortage in the Apple’s supply chain.

One more factor, that might affect the sales of the Apple iPhone X is its price tag. In the United States, the iPhone X is priced at $999 (INR 65,000) in the US and INR 89,000 in India. So, users might easily go with the Samsung or LG smartphones, which are priced at much lower price tag than the Apple iPhone X.

The Apple iPhone X features a 4 sided bezel-less design with a notch on the top, which, houses the selfie camera and sensors that help the Face ID. Under the hood, the device is powered by Apple’s latest A11 Bionic 6-cores chipset with 3 GB RAM and 64 GB or 256 GB onboard flash storage. The display offers up to 458 pixels per inch with HDR 10 compliant, making it par with the flagship smartphones from Samsung, LG and Sony.

Moving towards the camera department, the device features 12 MP dual rear-facing camera (specially engineered) which offers dual OIS, 4K video recording capability up to 60 frames per second and new Animoji feature, which can turn your face expression into poop. The device also supports fast charging and wireless charging and this is one of the first iPhone to do so. All glass unibody design is also the newest addition to this device.
