As we were talking about this device from last few days, the Huawei Honor V10 is finally here (I mean in China). The Huawei Honor V10 is now officially launched in China in two storage options. The 4 GB RAM and 64 GB storage variant retails for CNY 2699 (₹26,999) and the 6 GB RAM and 64 GB storage variant is priced at CNY 3499 (₹34,999). So, we can expect this device in early 2018 (January).

This device could be a great treat for the OnePlus 5T, as this device offers awesome specifications which are more affordable compared to the same. So, here are the complete details regarding the same.

The Huawei Honor 10 features a full metal unibody solution and does look like a premium design. In fact, the device does resemble the Huawei Honor 9i and the upcoming Huawei Honor 7x. In fact, this device does have few signature design materials, which differentiates this device from the crowded market. So, with respect to price to performance ratio, this device offers a lot of value for money (at least in China).

As we speculated, the technical specifications are in line with the prediction that we did. So, this smartphone is equivalent to that of the Huawei Mate 10, which is priced at a much higher price tag. So, let’s look at the technical specifications for the Huawei Honor V10.

The smartphone offers a 5.99-inch FHD+ IPS LCD screen with 2160x1080p resolution display with 401 pixels per inch. This display is laminated using a 2.5D curved tempered glass on the top. Considering the “flagship” class, this device does miss out on the premium OLED panel, which would have made this a complete flagship smartphone. The smartphone is powered by HiSilicon Kirin 970 Octa-core SoC with 4 performance cores and four power-efficient cores (4 x 2.4 GHz A73+ 4 x 1.8 GHz A53). This processor is based on the energy efficient 10 nm FinFET technology. This newer display follows the 18:9 aspect ratio.

In terms of connectivity, the smartphone offers dual nano-SIM card slots with 4G LTE and VoLte capability on both the slots. Other standard connectivity features like WiFi, WiFi Hotspot, NFC, and Bluetooth 5.0 are also supported out of the box.

Coming to the camera capability, the smartphone houses a standard dual camera setup. However, this time the brand is using a 16 MP  RGB sensor and a 20 MP monochrome sensor with features like portrait mode and 4K video recording capability. For the selfie enthusiasts, the smartphone uses a 13 MP front-facing selfie camera with 1080p video recording capability.

As a matter of fact, this is the first Huawei Honor smartphone to run on Android Oreo-based on EMUI 8.0. In terms of battery capacity, the smartphone houses a 3750 mAh sealed battery with USB type C port with fast charging capability and USB OTG support.

Finally, the device will be available in China in Black, Aurora Blue, Gold, and Red paint job. As of now, there is no information on the global availability. So, share your views on the Huawei Honor V10.
