Nokia 8, the flagship smartphone from Finnish smartphone brand is all set to debut in the United Kingdom for €599 or INR 45,000. For the early adopters, the company is also planning to include a complimentary Nokia smart watch along with the smartphone.

Nokia 8 is the first flagship smartphone after Nokia’s return into the smartphone territory. The device offers first class build quality, top of the tier hardware and premium software experience.
The Nokia 8 offers 5.2-inch QHD 2K IPS LCD display protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. Under the hood, the device is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 Octa-core SoC, paired with 4 GB LPDDR4 RAM and 64 GB onboard flash storage with a Hybrid slot which accepts two SIM cards or a micro SD and a SIM card.
In terms of camera, the device offers dual camera solution. The dual 13 MP camera one being an RGB sensor and a monochrome sensor offers superior camera capability. The Nokia does offer 360 degrees sound recording with specialised OZO sounding technology which gives real life like sound. The main camera setup offers to capture Portrait mode as well as to use both rear and front facing camera at a time. This feature works for both videos as well as for the photos.
In terms of operating system, the device runs on an unmasked version of Android Nougat 7.1.2 and expected to receive Android Oreo before December 2017. The high-end specifications and the stock Android operating system makes sure that the device can handle any task without any difficulty.
The finger print sensor unlocks the phone in just a blink of an eye. However, the device was highly criticised for it simplistic design (identical to the entry level Nokia 5). On an honest note, Nokia 8 is a true flagship smartphone for 2017 as it offers all the premium features offered by the competitors.
