Home Minister Amit Shah in the Lok Sabha said that his loud voice was not due to anger, but his manufacturing defect on Monday. Hearing this, everyone present in the house burst out laughing. Shah also said that he does not scold anyone, nor does he get angry. He gets angry only on questions related to Kashmir.

During this, opposition leaders passed some comments. Trinamool Congress leader Sandeep Bandopadhyay said that when Amit Shah speaks, he seems to be speaking in anger. In response, Shah said that he will answer the questions of ‘Dada’. After this, the Home Minister presented a clarification regarding his voice.

Shah was introducing the Criminal Procedure (Identification) Bill 2022 in the House. He said that with this bill, the investigation of crime will be done effectively and faster and the conveyance rate will also increase.

In August 2019, Parliament passed a bill to remove Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir. During this, there was also a heated exchange between Amit Shah and Congress leader Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury. On Chaudhary’s comment, Amit Shah made a significant comment about Pakistan-occupied Kashmir “Jammu and Kashmir is an integral part of India.” And Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK) also comes under the Kashmir border. We can even die for Kashmir”. After this, Shah gave a strong speech in Parliament in favor of the abrogation of Article 370.

Shah was referring to this incident when he got angry during the discussion on Jammu & Kashmir and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, during parliament speech on Monday.

In December 2019, Amit Shah had put his opinion in favor of the Civil Amendment Act in the Rajya Sabha. The opposition had alleged that they were misleading the Parliament in the matter of CAA, in response to which they said in a loud voice that what is misleading in this?
