Honda CRF450R is based on the championship formula that helped the entire brand to rise up to the dirt bike challenge. It’s truly capable of the road with a powerful 449cc liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine. For extreme offroad capability, it uses a 49mm inverted Showa fork upfront that is adjustable for both rebound and compression. The rear suspension is also a perfect unit in the form of a Pro-link Showa mono-shock setup. As claimed by the Japanese brand, the overall ground clearance of the all-new CRF450R is somewhere around 335mm. For enough stopping power, it is also available with disc brakes on either end. Honda has no plans to introduce it in India. However, keeping in mind its direct rival – the all-new Kawasaki KX450, Honda should launch it in India as well.
