Indian Science Congress Association (ISCA), founded in 1914 is a scientific organization that has announced its 107th edition to be held at the University of Agricultural Sciences Bengaluru from 3rd to 7th January 2020.
University of Agricultural Sciences Bangalore (USAS) has collaborated with the Indian Science Congress Association (ISCA) to discuss the scientific discoveries and advancement in technologies along with agricultural and animal sciences over the years.
Karnataka Deputy Minister CN Ashwath Narayanan made the announcement during ISC curtain raise on Wednesday. The topic of the ISCA is ‘Science and Technology: Rural Development’ which supports researchers, academicians, and scientists across the country to join and participate and share their knowledge.
The event will be inaugurated by the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi and expects 15000 delegates to arrive.
Some of the major attractions like Genesis Eduvision, Vigyan Jyot, ‘Pride of India’ Pavillion and more. The Vigyan Jyot is a science and technology event inspired by the former President of India, APJ Abdul Kalam.
ISCA is headquartered in Kolkata, West Bengal which organizes science events across the country.
