The NEET (National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test) answer-key is to be released soon on the official website ntaneet.nic.in. The official notice has been released by NTA (National Testing Agency).

The NEET exam was conducted on May 5th from 2 pm to 5 pm in various centres across the country. NTA received more than 15 lakh applications for the admissions to medical courses.

Though in the state of Odisha, the exam was postponed due to the wake of Cyclone Fani, which arrived on April 26th and left the after destructive prints.

The exam was also postponed majorly in the Bhubaneshwar city of Odisha due to the delay of Hampi train, which resulted in missing of the exam of more than 100 students.

The exam in Odisha was conducted today (May 20) at centres placed in 7 cities- Angul, Balasore/Baleswar, Behrampur, Bhubaneshwar, Cuttack, Rourkela and Sambalpur.

“The expected general cut-off for NEET qualified would vary between 125-135. But for admissions in colleges the cut-off may vary 510-520,” said Navin C Joshi, Academic Head and VP (NEET and JEE) at grade-up.

Steps to Check the Answer-Key

  • Log-in to the official website of NTA (link given above)
  • Click on the link ‘NTA NEET 2019 answer-key’
  • Get the answer-key

The students can also raise objections if they are doubtful about the answer-key generated.

About NEET

National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) is the only national level medical entrance exam. It is conducted by NTA to grant admission to students in various programmes like MBBS, BDS and Ayush courses offered by All India Medical colleges.
