Tamil Nadu board announced class 12th Result 2019 early this morning at 9:30 am. Nearly 8.69 lakh students appeared for HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) examination in the state of Tamil Nadu. The exams this year were held from 1-19 March, 2019.
Directorate of Government Examination (DGE) declared that this year the toppers list will not be released so as to avoid the pressure on the students.
The overall pass percentage this year reached to 91.3% that was earlier remained at 91.1% i.e the hype have been gained by 2 percent. Tirrupur tops the result with pass percentage 95.37%, Erode remained at second position with pass percentage of 95.23% and Perambalur secured 95.15%.
Girls, here too performed better than boys with percentage of 98.26% contradicting 84.76%.
