Xiaomi, along with the flagship Mi 11 series and Mi Band 6, released other smart home products like Mi Smart Projector Pro 2, Mi AX9000 Router, Wireless Charging stand, and Wireless Charging Pad on its “Mega Launch Event” on March 29. The Wireless charging stand supports 80W fast-charging.
Xiaomi Smart Projector Pro 2 Features
The Smart Projector Pro 2 from Xiaomi is powered by a 0.47-inch DMD chip. The processor allows the projector to support Full HD picture quality with a resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels with an adjustable screen size between 60-inches and 120-inches. The device can achieve a peak brightness of 1300 lumens and also supports HDR10.
The projector ships with in-built 10W speakers with DTS-HD and Dolby Audio support. The speaker system comprises dual tweeters and dual full-range woofers. It can manage up to 40-degree adjustment to align the picture because of its Omni-directional keystone correction technique.
The projector runs on Android TV OS and features inbuilt Google Assistant. It also supports Chromecast and Netflix, in addition to this, Bluetooth connectivity is also on-board.
Mi Smart Projector Pro 2 is offered in only one color option- White and is priced at EUR 999 (Rs. 85,800). India launch of the device is awaited.
Xiaomi AX9000 Wi-Fi Router Features
Xiaomi AX9000 Router is powered by the Qualcomm IPQ8072 quad-core A53 2.2GHz CPU, paired with dual-core NPU with 1GB RAM. The router ships with tri-band support- 2.4GHz, 5.2GHz, and 5.8GHz. Xiaomi claims that the router can reach up to 1,148Mbps in the 2.4GHz mode, in the 5.2GHz mode it can get up to 4,804Mbps, and in 5.8GHz mode, the router can reach up to 2,402Mbps.
Furthermore, the router supports 4×4 160MHz bandwidth and features active cooling technology. The router can connect up to 12 devices simultaneously and up to a range of 12 meters.
The router is offered in Black color and is priced at CNY 999 (Rs. 11,200).
Xiaomi 80W Wireless Charging Stand, Wireless Charging Pad Features
Xiaomi also launched a Wireless Charging Stand that supports 80W wireless fast-charging. As per Xiaomi, the charging stand can fully charge a 5,000mAh battery in just 36 minutes. The charging stand features a dual-coil design to automatically adjust the charging speed. The charging stand also has overcurrent protection, overvoltage protection, foreign body detection, and static protection.
The Mi 80W Wireless Charging Stand is priced at CNY 499 (Rs. 5,600) in China.
Xiaomi also launched a Wireless Charging Pad, which looks like Apple AirPower Charging Mat. The charging pad is capable to wirelessly charge up to 3 devices because of its multi-coil design. It can support up to 20W of wireless charging for each device.
The Wireless Charging Pad is priced at CNY 599 (Rs. 6,700) in China. Xiaomi is yet to give an official statement regarding the international availability of the devices.
