Adobe launched Photoshop for iOS last month. The app was not perfect, it came with some basic features. Fans were asking Adobe to add more features to the app. It looks like Adobe has heard from the fans. Adobe has rolled out the first update for photoshop and it has added a new Selection Tool. The tool works on Adobe’s AI Adobe Sensei.
The Select Subject tool automatically selects clean outlines of the subject of an image, using Adobe Sensei’s AI to make selections while removing artifacts. The tool was showcased in the Adobe Max conference this year. According to Adobe, there is no other app that is as powerful as Adobe Photoshop when it comes to subject selection. The tool is the same as the tool available for the desktop version of the App.
Apart from the selection tool, Photoshop has brought some performance updates too. Now the Cloud document saving is now improved, uploading the documents is 90% faster than before. Adobe has improved the user interface of the Photoshop app too.
