India will face Australia in their T-20I tour of India before the World Cup.

The matches will start today, September 20, at Mohali at 7:00 p.m.

Rohit Sharma, leading the Indian squad, will try to fix the things that went wrong during the Asia Cup.

Talking about the Asia Cup, the main focus was on Virat Kohli.

The best news for the Indian team was Virat’s return to form. His maiden century came after a long wait of more than three years.

He was the main topic to be discussed worldwide as he regained his form.

Apart from Virat, Ravindra Jadeja will be missed in the squad as he will not be able to play and is in rehabilitation.

Virat has been practicing in the nets and can come up as the sixth bowler for the Indian team.

Jasprit Bumrah and Harshal Patel are set to return to the playing XI.

Due to the absence of both of them, Indian bowling faced difficulties during the Asia Cup.

Apart from these, India will be looking for the best possible combinations for the opening pair with Rohit Sharma.

As for now, KL Rahul is to be the opening batsman with him, and as said in an interview by Rohit, he won’t experiment much with that position.

Surya Kumar Yadav and Deepak Hooda are more likely to handle the middle order.

The main question will be about who will be chosen as the wicketkeeper. Rishabh Pant or Dinesh Karthik.

Both of them are great players, which isn’t a matter of doubt.

Lately, the short format hasn’t been great for Rishabh, whereas Dinesh has also proven himself as a great finisher.

Undefeated Aussies

The World Champion Australia is undefeated in the last two India tours and will look to keep that streak going.

Tim David, one of the IPL stars, is going to make his debut for the Australian team.

New Jersey

The Indian team will be seen in the new jersey, as it was also revealed on social media platforms.

India is all set to phase out the World Championships and fix all the remaining things.
